Peter,
I think you may be wrong concerning the effects of the reverse split. Reverse splits have two effects. If the company is really on the trash heap than reverse splits do have the effect of wreaking havoc and and creating "carnage." I believe that PCPI's fits in to the other category of reverse splits. If you have the time, go look up two symbols-- MDRX & PDKL, both which have performed reverse splits over the last year+. I traded MDRX who performed a ten for one reverse from .50 to 5.00 which subsequently has gone to $60.00+, and PDKL who performed a recent fourteen for one reverse is up significantly over the last few months.

It is not the reverse split that is the problem, it is the need to attach both real and significant news. Don't be surprised to pay up for PCPI when it is on the small-cap which just might accompany the announcement. They are well aware of the need to bounce out of the announcement. By the way there are now twelve market makers who have bids at 1.00 or above. 1.15 may soon look like the deal that was missed by many.

For those of you who follow PCPI, they did make a discrete EDGAR filing Friday night. It was a 10KNT --a provision for making a "late filing." One of the reasons that they post--higher reported income and revenues than last year. They just kind of slipped that in. News is accumulating.
Regards,
Robert W.
