Mr.Shutters,the following bend me a little positive:
1) not yet forced into liquidation, 2) old management out, 3) non-inclusion of mexican operation in sale, 4) negotiation with creditors still remains an option, 5) volume hasn't been too heavy (lots still holding,but not a lot of buyers either).

I've maybe stretched a little,what do you think? Any positives? I didn't list all the negatives,as I think they're obvious.
