Thank you for your response. I've ordered Track On Line which comes out to about 120 if you use your internet provider and use it a year. It's 150 month to month. If you go month to month and use their direct phone number it's 200, 170 for the year payable monthly.
Yes it's kinda confusing.

If anyone is interested I will post my feelings on the product when I recieve it.
