TORONTO, Feb. 14 /CNW/ - MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd. acknowledges
that information has been released by Golden Hill Mining Corporation and Mill
City Gold Mining Corp. today, to the effect that Golden Hill Mining
Corporation and Mill City Gold Mining Corp. have instituted legal proceedings
in the Ontario court general division. MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd. has
not received a notice of proceedings. MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd.
continues to await regulatory response to its proposal to acquire the interest
of partner Golden Hill Mining Corporation in the discovery.
