Erin submits revised Piskanja development proposal Erin Ventures Inc EV Shares issued 23,105,095 Nov 20 close $0.40 Wed 21 Nov 2001 News Release Mr. Blake Fallis reports Erin Venture has submitted a revised proposal to the Yugoslavian authorities for the continuation of the development of the Piskanja borate property. Following recommendations of the Ministry of Mining of Serbia, and in accordance with evolving mining laws in Serbia, this proposal does not include the participation of Electroprevreda (the national power corporation of Yugoslavia), but rather, leaves the government with a non-participating and non-controlling interest in the project. A strategy has been fashioned, which includes the participation of a leading global chemical company, for the development of the entire Jarandol basin borate deposits in Yugoslavia, including the Piskanja property. Erin looks forward to a formal meeting with all involved parties in order to further this process, and anticipates that this meeting will be held shortly.
