FYI,

Wyse Fourth Qtr. Ending March 31, 2000

Wyse maintained its market leadership in 1999 for a third straight year according to International Data Corporation (IDC) on windows based terminals 51.8 %.

Overall 4th Qtr. numbers declined 11.1%
Windows base Thin clients increased 29%
Text Terminals declined 42%

Reasons listed for decline: Y2K problems and Microsoft introduction of Windows 2000

Strong recovery March

The reason I am giving you these numbers is both NCD and Wyse saw a decline in January-March time frame. We should expect BND to follow suit---HOWEVER- Bnd should see revenue gains in their BTO and Manufacturing groups. Bnd made the right decisions and overall I see revenues and profits to be ok. This Qtr. should be outstanding.

Recommendation on BND: Big "O" prospective----Buy

Big "O"
