Jim: We have to remember that the whole oil sector has been in the doldrums for months... We might also be seeing an attempt by Tracer to time its deals to an upswing in the oil sector... If this is so, it implies that they are pretty confident about their next drilling target... A positive announcement during an upswing in the oil sector will have a greater positive impact on the stock price... Jim
