Hi Jack; I've gone back to offshore work, and don't post near
as much as I use to. I use to daytrade AOL puts..but can't do that
now as it takes getting into her a lot more than I have time now.
But just before I went out I could see the price of the puts getting
out of hand..relitive to her price..and what you could get puts
for on other stocks that were also over priced as bad as AOL is.
This is not the only over valued stock on the market.
When too many people play a stock short the demand for puts
gos up..I'm sure the putters are selling to other putters,
with the specialist in the middle making a BIG cut..
I traded AOL puts a LOT. for sevearal mounths Likly more than any other person on SI. If U thread back I was on her from MAR till
last of July. Early on was OK..but it got sick as every one jumped
on the wagon..just like fishing..if the fishing hole gets too
crowded then no one catches enough to pay expenses.
