Some of the Enron conduct has been reprehensible. Giving campaign money to 100s of politicians and gaining SEC waivers for their off-shore partnerships were just two examples. But the executives' dumping of stock has so far been disproved and the charge of unfair handling of employees 401k accounts is looking weaker.

Anderson shredded the documents, so they'll have to answer for that one. And there seems to be some shared responsibility for certain financial disclosures.

The one thing Enron execs are clearly guilty of is poor management.
