Lou, I dont find that disturbing at all. But I guess as a cheerleader of this stock I shouldn't, now should I<G>. I also knew last year about this but never thought much of it. Probably because he did not float these shares into the market and because of where that money was actually going. We know that he stands behind his company 100% and is even willing to use his own money when needed. It would be great if more CEO's were this way. Oh well, another day in the life... LONG AND STRONG!!! GO DCTC!!!! Bruce
