You are the one who has not read the FDR's Court Miller-- it is about if Miller has a Constitutional Right to a sawed off shotgun via his individual right via the 2nd.

The Court decidedc to rule on his Milita status-- and they say he is in the Militia.

The Court rules that the ISSUE was if a sawed-off shotgun had military use.

The Court ruled that the shotgun did not serve a military purpose.

AND THAT IS ALL THEY RULED ON.

NOT if the the Right was individual or not. That was said in the decision-- but as a side note.

The ISSUE ruled on was the status of the shotgun ONLY.

You do not understand how the USSC works as far as setting law-- the Miller decision was:

"Sawed off shotguns have no military value-- thus can be made illegal due to Miller being in the Militia."

All US Citizens are in the Militia.

(And PULEEZE do not try the Militias are the National Guard--they were created under the War Powers Act-- thus are military in being.)

So, don't misquoting the Miller Case-- you have it wrong...
