you have listed the contries that are not willing or not able to pay large premiums on the chips and intel is not willing to give-up any margins. Amd,on another hand, does not have fixed margins and ready to do business for any reasonable profit.

ps I am not trying to take anything away from mighty intel but sooner or later competition is going to force intels margins down and even though with no debt and lots of cash it is no threat to the company it is going to hit profit estimates and the stock price is going to go down.
