Consumers may buy it but you underestimate the impact of the review in the WSJ. It will discourage U.S. IT managers from sticking their necks out and migrating the company to StarOffice. These people often report to business leaders with no technical knowledge, but who read the WSJ and will seriously question the wisdom of a move to a product that was sharply criticized in the WSJ. That is the unfortunate bottom line.
