Hi Ray,

I'd like to know more about the "indications" you refer to regarding
your belief that the next peak in the semi-equipment industry
will occur in mid-1999.

This is somewhat disturbing if true, since many semi-equipment
companies are predicting a flat outlook thru the midddle of 1998.
Does this mean that the next upcycle will be weak compared with the
growth cycles of the past years ??
