OC, you can short ESVS, though.
I'd make it short-term, and do it after the end of March, though, assuming that the NETZ financials don't come out by that time.
I think it's interesting that every time bad news comes out on NETZ, ESVS reacts negatively. However, NETZ doesn't always react. All the better to short ESVS instead.
Longer-term, it could be dangerous, however. My worst-case short scenario on ESVS is that we get to, say, the end of April, the financials don't come out, ESVS announces that the deal is off, and ESVS shoots up because it's lost that millstone around it's neck. |
