Jim,

Yes,it's moving toward the magic number. As I understand it,IF we did get a boost in NEM shares from the price of the offer date,we would be getting more then C$28 equivalent if we accept the NEM shares.

Are you going to take the NEM shares or bail?

Also, I hear the UK is fixing to do another bank sale next week,we might lose what we gained this week????
