Hookbull, I think you just have to have $1000... ...in your account. I know the minimum to open an account is now $2K, but I don't think the minimum changed as far as what you have to have in your account in order to get an allocation. You do have to get the money into your account before the settlement date, which is usually 3 days after the trade date.
