What upside is left besides the possible takeover? This will depend on the next couple of quarters. Most here, feel that last quarter may have been sandbagged a little. I believe the stock is very fairly priced and if the takeover does not happen it is overpriced. I agree completely. But a takeover is likely. Also, I believe earnings will be better than expected for the rest of the year. And if this happens, the stock will remain "overpriced". Much like CSCO has been for a long, long time. Where do you "Threaders" see ASND 6 months down the road? Trading with a different symbol.:) Gary
