The Muslim Brotherhood is not yelling as loudly as one would expect. Barry Rubin points out that their popularity may have crested, and SCAF doesn't want to hand them all the power they got at peak popularity in the parliamentary election. What I think we are seeing is a process of negotiation between SCAF and the MB -- which really is the same process that has ruled Egypt since the Free Officers' coup of 1952. Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose.
