This is something every American should understand about this new order. "So, illegals bring a 3 year old kid in. They are here for 5 years. The parents are detained for being illegals. The kid is 8 years old. The kid stays and the parents are sent home? I think naturally the "prosecutorial discretion" thing will be interpreted to extend to the parents also.
