It is not the download link that doesn't work; it is the link to listen using real player. There is no msg saying the presentation is not ready, just a dead link. Dead links on websites are bad.

All those links work. Tested with both Netscape 6.2 (both
Windows and Linux) and IE6 browser (Windows only ofcourse).
I must complain about the quality of elevator music being
played there with the static slide. They could be instead
running some cool ads.

Wild guess...
That link points to a .ram type file and you may want to
inspect application associated with that.

I am real careful when downloading and installing
and do not accept the "default" settings for anything and
go through the custom install path.
Both Real (Microsoft competitor) and Windows-anthing try to
outdo each other trying to sabotage your settings to become
default application for a file type whenever you are trying
to use the tools and that may have messed up your computer
(atleast this used to be the case, maybe their i.e. both
Real and Microsoft - may have improved since the the lawyers
hae been looking at this behavior).

Even now Microsoft plugins have trouble working inside the
Netscape browser and Microsoft-competitor often...not always
have trouble working inside IE. (working...as in rendering
a window inside the browser and not firing an external app
as the "plugins" are supposed to do).

Can't we all just get along ? <G>
