HI Don, First off I appreciate your perspective. Thanks. I know real estate is bad and will still bottom out.Don this was a decade long over blown bubble. Ploiticians kept writing laws that relaxed known good standards and then fined banks if they didn't make the loans. Multicultural community act. Politicians created this mess - trying to help poor constituencies and instead they killed them - they can't handle the truth. Look at Canada - they do not have the problem and they didn't participate in the minority home ownership subsidization. Just as it has taken tech 10 years to revive - so too will realestate. To the degree that J6pack is buried - it will take hima long time to recover. There still are 40 % who have thier homes paid for and many more who are saving and will but the value. Interest at generational lows will accelerate the recovery. This too shall pass and electrical widgets will sell like hot cakes globally. It is not as bad as the news is saying.IMO Bob We must remain positive and opportunistic.IMO Bob
