I'm glad to see someone else noticed ARTT. I'm short at 7 1/8. This one is a cash burner which will have to dilute its shares to keep going. Very little revenue coming from the expensive equipment they are putting out in the field. Competition may also be stiff. Another candidate where I was burned long is GOTK. Similar situation to ARTT but worse financials. They have an alphabet soup of preferrred convertible deals with the next conversion due October 10. If they stick their head over 5, I may short some to make up my long losses. Good luck.
