Curently all the personnel needs of the military are being filled by volunteers. Currently much of our military is in disarray including significant members of senior military and DOD leadership, war fighting equipment is deteriorating rapidly and morale is not high and not rising…that is the kindest way I can state my view of current status. Panetta has his own current status priorities. The good news according to SECDEF Panetta is that it is June 2012, and he has designated June 2012 as gay pride month in the US Armed Forces. There do you feel better now?
