Comb- Technically speaking, that is the basis of French Common law. So those countries that base their legal system on the French instead of the British model all have "guilty until proven innocent".

Wow- you are a worldly fellow, aren't you? Actually, as someone who lived and worked in France for 4 years, I became aware that the average Joe (or average Pierre) has fewer legal rights than an American. Similarly, there are problems with separation of powers in the government. But ultimately it all works pretty well, meaning that it is not just a question of the legal document, but also whether there is a historical tradition of "doing the right thing". French government works pretty well.

So much for the reflection, you threw out figure for P4 sales percentage by Intel, 6% I think. Where did that come from?
