I think there's an 80% chance that the Democrats will gain the Senate seat here in Alaska. It's a really weird situation: The Republican Governor appointed his own daughter to the seat that is now up for grabs. Now the Republicans are facing a bruising 3-way primary fight involving some folks who are not very happy about the nepotism. Then the winner has to run against a popular former two-term Democratic governor.
