Your claim as to Stock-Line.com making any paid statements on behalf on Veronex is not true. Veronex has not paid Stock-Line.com for any services. Veronex has not paid Jack Marks nor has it paid Starwood Media Group any money.

Veronex does pay various firms to advertise its products and make the public aware of the Company and its software, I believe this is called advertising. All companies advertise.

Next time you read a research report from a major wall street firm, check out the fine print and you will see that most of the time, the companies pay an "investment banking fee" or some sort of consulting fee to the research firm that issues the report. The payment of money and/or stock warrants for investment advice by public companies is a common business practice. The issue at the SEC with Stock-Line was disclosure of the fees, not the research report or what was printed.

DD, what is your agenda? You have been focused on publishing negative info on Veronex since your first posts. You need to state your name and location to provide full disclosure. Are you being paid to make negative statements about Veronex? The SEC took action against Stock-Line for failure to disclose a financial interest in the companies about which it posted information. If you have a financial interest in Veronex going down (call short position) then you have exactly the same disclosure situation as Stock-Line.
