Thank you, Stockaholic. Audited annual report takes a long time because of audit trail. Every customer and every vendor has to report the last balance, to reconcile to the penny. That takes a month. Then, every item has to be qualified. Anyway, it is not unusual. 3 month it used to take me to get my annual report and SEC reports. Then letter to the stockholders by the CPA.
