By the time you find the Echinacea, your cold will be gone......hehehe.
The cold virus only lasts about a week on average. If you want to pick up the Echinacea with Goldenseal, that's okay.....for Goldenseal is a detoxifyer and can only work in synergy with Echinacea. Make sure you stock up on the Zinc Gluconate lozenges as well, especially if others are coming down with cold/flu-like symptoms. Drink tons of water as well....a glass every hour.....piss like niagra falls......flush the virus out.
