C: My comments Are you sitting on news waiting for the right time for a release? YES C: As expected Will we see a news release this week? NO C: See previous reply from MS What is the number of shares outstanding? THE NUMBER THE TRANSFER AGENT GAVE HAS TO BE CORRECT AS THEY ARE INDEPENDENT OF US. C: 19 million? I have seen this tossed around, does anyone know what number the transfer agent is using? How many shares are in the float? 13 MILLION SHARES C: I thought it was 11 Are you planning a reverse split? NO C: This is music to my ears, and I'm sure everyone elses also What is the approximate date for intranet launch? SOON C: As expected Have the sales force signed any contracts with users? YES C: Wonderful news, I can't wait to here the details Will we see audited financials prior to 9/30/1998? NO, BUT THE FIRST AUDITED #'S WILL PROBABLY BE FOR THE PERIOD C: I hoped for sooner, but this is probably to be expected! Are there still only 6 employees? NO, 7 C: I wonder who the new person is, a secretary? Or a major player? Are you still seeking a listing on the nasdaq or some other exchange? YES C: As expected Can you share any progress?
