Story 2005 Computer Literacy - Pricing -2-: NationsBanc Leads Offer
NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--An initial offering of 3 million common shares of
Computer Literacy Corp. (CMPL) was priced at $10 each through underwriters led
by NationsBanc Montgomery Securities LLC.
The company had expected the shares to be offered at $7 to $9 each.
Gross spread is 70 cents, selling concession is 38 cents and reallowance is
10 cents. Delivery is scheduled for November 25.
Computer Literacy provides online retail services to technical
professionals.
Proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for working capital and
general corporate purposes.
