Glad you are fleshing in the details of your problem and that the suggested substitution of DNS servers worked.

As to the likely problem on COMCAST side, one of my posts to you outlined the probable cause ...

Do let us know what the ultimate cause seems to be, although Comcast tends to be quite bashfull if it ends up landing on their turf.
