Obama has certainly set the precedent for executive fiat.

Trouble is, a fiat handed down by a leftist progressive either doesn't make its way into the mainstream news or is touted as an executive inevitability because of the obstructionist republicans.

If and when Romney has the opportunity to rule by fiat, fiat rule will be deemed an abuse of power.

All one needs to do is look at Watergate vs. Fast and Furious. One was a blatant abuse of power and the other is an unsubstantiated witch hunt.
