Okay, I see it now in your edit. I understand why he did not address it because you already had

OK, I see, if in by close on 1/25 you get the 1/25 price, and if in after and before the opening 1/28 you get the 1/28 close price, and if in after the opening 1/28 you get last place minus $1 and the prices at the close 1/28.

So get your picks in by the close 1/25.
