CKFR Service issues-
I have had few problems with checkFree since using the service for about 3 years. My most recent problem was today when I tried to pay some bills. The 614 area code had been split into a new 740 area code. I figured this out after a few failed out dial attempts when I called the number on a regular line and received the new area code message. I called CKFR customer service number to see if they were aware of the problem. They had no idea but referred me to the help desk in columbus, again they were clueless.

I would have expected the company to send an email notifying users of the phone number change.

I have been a holder of the stock since the IPO and must say the performance has been dismal. I have read many of the postings over the past year and agree that there is tremendous potential in CKFR but it has failed to generate much interest with investors. Management has paid lip service to increasing share holder value but the fact is the stock traded higher on the day of the IPO than it is today.

I will continue to hold this company. If Genesis is not completed on time, or subscriber growth doesn't dramatically increase, or if there is not a highly touted string of ebillers on the horizon this stock will continue to be dead money.
