Baby octopus, Republicans and searching for animal intelligence on earth. The Baby octupus has more neurons than a human but the great majority are found in its tentacled arms, just as with the GOP unlike most humans, the majority of their last firing neurons are found in their jack-asses.

Octopuses are highly intelligent, possibly more so than any other order of invertebrates. Another measure of intelligence: you can count neurons. The common octopus has about 130 million of them in its brain. A human has 100... billion. But this is where things get weird. Three-fifths of an octopus's neurons are not in the brain; they're in its arms.
