iChargeit Inc. Changes Ticker Symbol to ICHG
-formerly Para-Link Trading Under the Ticker Symbol PLNKD-
HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 19, 1999-- iChargeit Inc. (OTC BB:ICHG - news; formerly Para-Link - OTC BB: PLNKD) today announced that the Company has been granted approval to change its ticker symbol to ICHG.
The Para-Link/iChargeit merger was approved by shareholders and completed on March 15, 1999.
Jesse Cohen, CEO of iChargeit, stated, ''With the merger successfully completed and the potential launch of a number of significant projects, we filed for and obtained the change in ticker symbol to better identify iChargeit, Inc. for existing and potential investors.''
IChargeit Inc. is an Internet based company whose iChargeit.com Cybermall and Virtual Arcade as well as the iChargeit Cyberswapmeet.com websites, began Phase I deployment on March 1, 1999.
