paulr1, Thanks for the info on symbols. In the past I've only had to input the symbol letters. Perhaps due to the fact it was an IPO? Over all I can't really complain about the service here. Sure I've missed an entry or two but I've experienced far worst elsewhere. The price of new technology?! I am searching for a reliable streaming, realtime news company(preferably one that you could customize with alerts and wouldn't break the bank) ...any ideas? Thanks again, P
