Read thru the proxy with much wonder as to how lawyers/investment
bankers would paint this as a good deal for shiva shareholders.
Also got a phone call tonite asking if I had received and responded.

For those in law suit Mark Forte and others here is how Intel got Zucco to sell out. "Mr Zucco will be engaged as a consultant for 3 months for a monthly consulting fee of $100,000.00.

Now, wouldn't it be ironic if Intel asks Zucco to stay on longer than 3 months that the agreement calls for. What if it turns out to be
12 months and Zucco pockets a extra $900,000.00 or close to a million
for selling out Shiva shareholders. So nothing in writing here so I guess perfectly legal. THIS SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO HAPPEN!!!!!!!!

Those in lawsuit see what legally can be written to avoid this "loophole" or possible windfall for Zucco as they pull wool over eyes of sucker Shiva shareholders.
