The bottom line-- there has been NO USSC decision based on the ISSUE of whether or not the 2nd is an individual or collecttive/state/group right. Period. Nanda/None/No way. They have ruled that whenever the words "rights of the people" it means literally Individual Rights. The first 10 are The Bill of Rights. I.e. Individual Rights. (The 10th included but since ravaged by direct election of Senators). It is the 2nd for God's sake. The State Constitutions clarify via Original Intent. It is old English Common Law too-- which is being trampled under Blair. No matter what spin is spun-- 85,000,000 Americans know the truth and will not lay down their arms. Goodbye-- I do not flame with spinners who cannot accept defeat. In God and my weapons I trust....
