Iceberg, lawsuite takes time. if there was a case you'll see all the lawyers asking you to join as a class action (you can find them after almost any stock that drops sharply). in the mean time he needs a back up.all we need is $2K to open most accounts and dean witter gives you time to send the check. brown and co. (10K to open an account. double-check, please) should be good but haven't checked them yet. nice weekend to you + all, marty
