If Roberts did this thinking it would insulate the Court and himself from criticism he is badly mistaken Unfortunately Roberts hasn't a clue he is there to interpret the constitution and determine if challenged law falls within the scope of the constitution. He is not there to make BS political decisions about the integrity of the court or lay some grand scheme. He was just punked by Obama and liberals. He promised to just call balls and strikes....someone should have told them he has to call them honestly and not consider if a team or player will be upset by the call.
