That bill would end up being 300 pages long and contain $25 billion worth of pork for Harry Reid's district.

The bill would be incomprehensible to everyone including every congress man who bothered to read it, which would be none of them.

If passed and signed by the President it would require a new 3000 person bureauracracy to implement.
