<<<95% of the clientele are very pleased with the nice efficient web site,>>> Oh yeah right. Thats why AMTD scored the lowest on the recent street.com reader survey. They got 2 big Stinker awards for that stellar service. A more accurate statement would be "95% of the stockholders are happy because the price continues to go up. Screw the customers. They are easy to come by". For now maybe. Watch how the reputation for poor service grows and as alternatives emerge AMTD will die on the vine with their multitude of $2000 accounts.
