John, my feeling is the company is possibly pursuing it from a different angle (slander, manipulation, etc.). With that being said, my original question still stands concerning a "temporary" stop to the shorting. One thing we can all agree on is the strengthening of DCTC. I hate seeing this stuff get in the way of good news and continued growth. But when the stock price is down, ain't nobody happy (well, almost nobody). Bob
