that's what i was trying to ascertain....the example he wrote about indicated an single person with income of $25,000.....there is so much about this monstrosity of a law that seems to be subject to interpretation....at any rate it is FINALLY getting the kind of scrutiny it should have gotten from day one....

as far as the 'penalty' kicking in at a certain level....anyone who thinks that particular level (or the 50 employee limit for small business) is going to remain if obama stays in office has rocks in their head....
