andy, while bashing may be out of frustration, but we do need to
understand what each person's responsibility:

A person working for the brokerage house, has only ONE purpose in
life, make money for the brokerage.

The stuff I mentioned, especially the 'small stock'
scenario, is TRUE. You would not believe what a brokerage would do
to make money. Sure, on policy,blah..blah we have high standard.
Then why so many brokers made cold call. I was even told by a
broker about a safe stock that "his sister bought several thousand"
his mother also bought several thousand".

You think those people have ethnics. MAKE MONEY for themselves
is the ONLY ethnic.

Don't tell me the broker/analyst/boss are not in it together. They
are just at different level of hierachy.

Then again, all businesses are in it for the money. Just so happen
that the broker/analyst/house is in conflict of make money for
others.
