Fugazi, You hit the nail on the head as far as I'm concerned. But, I'm not the architectural analitical type needed here. Now, that this ACER question is seriously on the table for the "gangs" review, I'll defer to the other thoughtful people you mentioned. But, I tend to think many of the regulars are on holiday so we may have to wait. And I'll use this message to thank the other folks responding over night to my thoughts. I don't have much more to add on the institutional buying issues other than they likely are very good at maintaining the lining of their own pants first in most cases, at least many. I'll be back on the threa, later. Off to work I go........... JB
