Yes, and did you see the internals, it's ugly:

The NYSE saw 56 issues rising on their charts and 188 falling. There were 0 new buy signals given and 20 new sell signals given for a net loss of 20. There were 4 Upward Reversals and 89 Downward.

Nasdaq saw 66 issues rising on their charts and 505 falling. There were 1 new buy signals given and 65 new sell signals given for a net loss of 64. There were 15 Upward Reversals and 180 Downward.

Optionable Stocks saw 42 issues rising on their charts and 393 falling. There were 0 new buy signals given and 52 new sell signals given for a net loss of 52. There were 7 Upward Reversals and 134 Downward.
