kanda, I used SnagIt[R] to convert the jpg to gif. SnagIt is
a program I actually PAID for. So you know it must be good.
It can be downloaded and used right away here...

I often use it to take pictures of part of the screen or even
several screens at once. These can then be e-mailed or put on
a web page.

After you snap the picture, SnagIt gives you an option in
what format to save it.

There are other conversion programs.
